This restaurant is recommended by the Bibs Gourmands, Michelin at 2011.The noodle is made by using bamboo. The chef uses bamboo to pressing the dough to have a better texture.


“Afternoon tea” (下午茶) in Hong Kong starts at 2-3pm, and some restaurant have another set of meun with a cheaper price.



Soup with Shrimp Seed

Meat with source and bamboo noodle酢醬面, with soybean milk, HK$17. 
Tradition food, the source is sweet and sour, noodle can put into the soup, or have it separately.
